A pavilion, according to wikipedia, has usually a connection to relaxation or pleasure in its intended use. It is a place from where you can reflect on the order of things. The Internet pavilion is thus not the same as the internet. It is a pavilion from which the internet(s) and other related things can be observed. (J.A)
